Threshold Sign

This is for the installation of a timber main entrance sign for large sites with entrances that can accommodate a sign of this size. It should have a painted background with routed and painted lettering.
Your Woods In and Around Towns Operational Plan map must clearly identify where the threshold sign will be located. The sign design must be agreed with Forestry Commission Scotland prior to production.
Threshold sign:
- constructed from finished and treated wooden components and assembled using galvanised fixings
- minimum size 2250 millimetres wide x 2030 millimetres from ground surface
- comprising 3500x150x150 millimetre posts and a single or combination of boards to a total height of 980 millimetres
- boards to be 40 millimetres thick
