This item is for the upgrading of an existing stock fence to a deer fence where your supporting information justifies the exclusion of deer from this site to meet the option objectives.

You will find the specification required for this operation under the Forestry Grant Scheme capital item – Deer Fence.

The position of the fence-line should take into account the right of responsible access.

The supply and erection of any upgraded or additional gates and water gates that are required are included in this standard cost.

We require this item to be in place, meeting minimum specifications and in good order for a period of at least five years following the date you received your payment.
